CMA Pranav Tyagi is an accomplished AM/Lead at Accenture with over 7.5 years of experience in cost accounting management, project financing documentation, accounting, taxation, and financial planning and analysis. He is a graduate in M.Com and has a degree in CWA/CMA-Cost and Management Accountant. Pranav's expertise lies in using software ERP such as SAP FI/CO ECC 6.0 Version, Product Costing, Budgeting & Forecasting, Cost Center Analysis, Variance analysis reporting, Booking Accruals, Reconciliations, FR&A Reporting and Month-end/Quarter-end/Year-end Closing Activities. He has previously worked with Chartered firm KANABAR & ASSOCIATES where he gained knowledge and experience in the field of Project Financing Documentation, Accounting, Taxation, etc. Currently, Pranav is working with Accenture as a Team Lead/AM. He manages a team of four members and is responsible for corporate accounting using software tools such as PeopleSoft, Cadency, and Marrstar. He reviews monthly reconciliation of various balance sheet accounts of Marriott, performs variance analysis and keeps a close check on clearing of aged balances. He prepares variance analysis and provides commentary for unnatural balances sitting in balance sheet accounts on a quarterly basis. He also posts various types of journal entries, reversals JE, corrections JE, and re-class entry made during the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close. In his previous role at Genpact, Pranav worked as a Process Developer in FP&A accounting using software tools such as ERP:SAP FI/CO ECC 6.0 Version. He independently handled product-wise costing of complete Non-Woven sector (or 4 Mills) of Kimberly Clark. He prepared and analyzed various activities as per Activity Based Costing, performed monthly variance analysis for manufacturing mills and reported the reasons. He also prepared reconciliation of various accruals and suspense accounts using Blackline Recon tool. Pranav holds a degree in CWA from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, an M.Com degree from MMH College, a BBA degree from CCS, and a 10+2 degree from CSA Public School. With 8.11 years of relevant experience, Pranav is a persuasive leader with excellent management skills and a strong background in cost accounting management.
